Since my last post, a number of things have happened in my life. I got healthy. I got wicked tan! I enjoyed spring break, AND Easter. And now I'm getting pinned by my classes. It's one of those old Jean Claude Van Dam movies, where the 5'8" Belgian with washboard abs decimates two 6'4" eastern bloc Germans with his wrists in handcuffs. Except the germans are BioEthics and Chemistry. And I don't have washboard abs. One day . . .
I successfully fished for all A's through midterms. But upon return, my whacked out Chemistry prof (who is actually very cool) gave us 12 solutions, and told us to figure out what's in them via centrifuge, decantation, and adding various amounts of Ammonia and Sodium Nitrate. ARE YOU SERIOUS? After c. 14 hours of work, I had figured out all of them. Another A in Chem! Totally worth it.
I have also officially declared myself as an Appalachian Studies minor. Pretty sure I am the only person in school history to major in Pre-professional BIO and minor in APP studies. But I get to spend more time with this guy!

On another note, I am honored to be a part of such an awesome cycling team this year. LMC cycling is at a different level. The past 2 weekends, we have put 4 of 6 racers in the days winning break, and winning crits like crazy! Only with the support of the South's most efficient cheer squad! (this is them at rest)
I was supaa' happy to be home for easter. I went egg hunting with my nieces, but forgot my camera. It was hilarious to watch my youngest niece shake each egg before putting it in her basket, because she wanted to make sure something was in each one. Such a veteran hunter. And fun fact, I still can't spell niece. Thanks spellcheck!
I have a few more adventures on tap, but life is busy, so until next time.
